With set up times for certain types of events becoming increasingly shorter, Absolute have invested in the latest time saving wireless speakers from Sennheiser
The LSP 500 Pro is a rechargeable battery powered wireless PA system which can be deployed on site very quickly.
The system is scalable to up to 20 units and designed to be controlled by the LSP 500 iPad app.
The unit has 3 rear-panel slots that allow you to integrate up to 3 wireless receivers into the speaker. In addition to the wireless slots, the LSP 500 is Bluetooth enabled and can playback audio from any Bluetooth compatible device.
“I think the LSP 500 will be a real game changer for many types of events and venues” says Director Jon Foster. He continues “For example, we’re currently using them on series of roadshows where we have less than one hour to set up. We can quickly position these units around the room without the need to lay cables. It’s fast, safe and can be set up by just one technician. Other examples where we’re using them include at evening receptions at a local museum where we have just 30 mins to set up, and for a seminar at a stately home where it would otherwise be problematic to put down cables in an historic building. These units are going down a storm and some clients are specifying these over and above any other type of PA. I think they will be very popular.”
