Absolute provides technical support for a global bank event...
In early June, Absolute provided technical and set services for the Women in European Business event held at the Barbican Concert Hall.
Contracted by the live events division of CTN Communications, Absolute supplied video projection and switching equipment, along with additional audio equipment to complement the Barbicans installed system, which included our newly purchased fleet of Shure UHF-R systems.
Although primarily a standard definition show, VT play in was HD, so Absolute deployed Barco and Christie HD equipment from its own fleet, projecting onto flown 4m screens to fulfil the requirements of the client.
I addition, we were contracted to supply the set, which featured a gauze rear wall with flown logos behind to add depth to the design, and a curved stage for the lectern and panel chairs.
